Lady Jingpu could not bear to see the XiaLiao area suffer from the toad spirit, so she waged a great battle against it. Later, due to her unfamiliarity with water, she was injured by the poisonous toad spirit and was poisoned, turning blue. At that time, the county magistrate reported the lady's pure reputation and deeds to Emperor Qianlong, who then officially conferred upon her the title of Lady Jingpu. The Jade Emperor further decreed her to be the "Imperial Messenger of the First Rank, Acting as Heavenly Patrol, Inspector of Yin and Yang, Imperial Envoy Lady Jingpu," bestowing upon her the authority to patrol heaven and earth, eliminate all evil monsters, and execute all unrighteous gods. She was also honored with the titles of "Blue-Faced Patrol Officer" and "Phoenix General." 💙

Second Rank Madam is the sworn sister of Madam Jingpu. Out of gratitude for Madam Jingpu saving the village, she abdicated her position as the main deity of Shunliao Temple to Madam Jingpu, sharing the seat of authority. This brought peace to Xialiao Village. As a literary deity, Second Rank Madam specializes in academic advancement, smooth examinations, and the enhancement of wisdom, serving as a divine protector for those who study and write.
