Lady Jingpu could not bear to see the Xia Liaodistrict suffer so much from the toad spirit, so she battled it. At that time, the magistrate reported the lady's noble reputation and deeds to Emperor Qianlong, who then officially conferred upon her the title of Lady Jingpu.
The Jade Emperor further decreed her title as "Imperial Front First Rank Imperial Envoy for Patrol, Yin-Yang Supervisory Official, and Imperial Commissioner Madam Jingpu," bestowing upon her the authority to patrol on behalf of Heaven, to vanquish evil spirits throughout the land, and to slay all unrighteous deities. She also holds the esteemed titles of "Blue-Faced Patrol Envoy" and "Phoenix General."
Madam Mother is the auxiliary main deity of this palace. She is exquisitely beautiful and dignified, truly a super female war god, specializing in eliminating villains and various difficult problems. Overcoming challenges is commonplace for her. When she resolves doubts for believers or educates people, she is precise, accurate, and adheres to principles. Furthermore, she excels in her entertainment career and negotiations. As a female war god, the spirit she most inspires us to learn is "loyalty"—loyalty to her origins, loyalty to who she is, and loyalty to all the beliefs she upholds.

Madame said that if we were to split the spirit, it should be from the ancestral temple, Shunliao Palace.
