The "Great" in "Great Possession" signifies grandeur, and "Possession" signifies abundance. Together, they mean great and abundant. The upper trigram of this hexagram, "Li," represents the sun. The lower trigram, "Qian," represents heaven. Therefore, the comprehensive symbolism of this hexagram is the sun shining on all things on the ground from heaven. At the same time, the upper trigram, "Li," represents the season of peak reproduction in summer, while the lower trigram, "Qian" represents autumn when all things reach maturity and harvest. Interpretation of fortune stick person

Di Renjie (630–August 15, 700), courtesy name Huaiying, sobriquet Deying, was a renowned chancellor during the Tang dynasty and Wu Zhou period. He was upright, incorruptible, enforced the law without bias, and protected the law with his own person. When he served as Dali Cheng, he cleared a large backlog of cases in one year, involving seventeen thousand people, none of whom had any just grievances.

Pacifying the tumultuous times will strengthen the nation's foundation: Pacifying the tumultuous times—calming the disruptive political climate. Vernacular

Di Renjie was steadfast by nature, impartial in his public and private life, and never sought personal gain. Those with righteous thoughts would naturally receive help from spirits and deities. The day would come when villains who formed factions for selfish purposes and committed evil deeds would vanish. He calmed the turbulent times and strengthened the foundations of the Great Tang Dynasty.

Di Renjie had high moral character and was a minister who revitalized the Tang Dynasty. This divination indicates Di Renjie revitalizing the Tang Dynasty. Revitalization means a period of prosperity followed by decline, and then a resurgence. Therefore, one should grasp the changes in the times and adapt accordingly. This hexagram is auspicious for elections. If someone is elected, it signifies that they may easily encounter an incident and step down during their term. Monthly decree: there will be misfortune. Traveling: no noble person. Seeking wealth: meager. Asking about marriage: it is advisable to find another partner. This divination suggests to the person involved that what is destined to be will come, and what is not destined will not be obtained by force. Current luck: parents hold "the self," indicating personal labor. Those who draw this divination on the day of Wuyin (戊寅) are advised that buying a house in spring is not favorable; it is better to buy in the month of Wei (未). Houses facing east are not good; it depends on whether the owner's destiny is in the east or west.
