Interpretation of fortune stick person

Qin Hui, courtesy name Huizhi, was a native of Jiangning (present-day Nanjing, Jiangsu). He became a *jinshi* (successful candidate in the imperial examination) in the fifth year of the Zhenghe reign of Emperor Huizong (1115). He was later appointed as a professor in Mizhou and served as a Bachelor of the Imperial Academy. In the late Northern Song dynasty, he held the position of Censorate Vice Commissioner. After returning south, he was appointed Minister of Rites and served two terms as Prime Minister, holding power for a total of nineteen years. He is infamous for advocating peace with the Jin dynasty and for framing Yue Fei, and is considered one of the "two great traitors of the Southern Song dynasty" alongside Jia Sidao.

This great traitor Qin Hui disrupted the Song Dynasty's governance, and the unpredictable cycle of karma was highly abnormal. The loyal minister Yue Fei encountered misfortune. Qin Hui, using a fake imperial decree, imprisoned Yue Fei and framed him with the charge of "perhaps not guilty." He secretly incited his trusted prison guards to strangle Yue Fei to death in the Fengbo Pavilion. Only after Emperor Xiaozong ascended the throne was this injustice cleared. Yue Fei was posthumously honored as the Duke of E and enfeoffed as King Wumu, leaving the legacy of a loyal hero for all time.
