The Shun Tian Holy Mother Empress Chen, worshipped by the Golden Ring, has her spirit extended from Guankou Bao'an Temple in Chiayi. The Shun Tian Holy Mother is also known as Lady Linshui. Her given name is Chen Jinggu, also called the Virgin Jinggu. In her youth, she apprenticed under Master Xu Zhenren of the Lushan Sect.
She slayed a white snake and banished mischievous spirits for the people, eradicating demons and monsters to ensure peace and safety. At the age of twenty-four, while pregnant, she prayed for rain to alleviate drought and bring moisture to the land. Having saved countless lives and performing numerous miracles, the people reverently worshipped her as a goddess of safe childbirth, fetal protection, and enduring kindness! Empress Dowager Jin Hwan, adorned with a phoenix crown and clad in battle armor, bravely rode a white horse, exuding an imposing and heroic aura. In her left hand, she held the reins and a horn to command heavenly soldiers and divine generals to descend swiftly. In her right hand, she raised a ceremonial sword that resounded to dispel evil and a trident bell imbued with myriad Taoist enchantments, protecting those under Jin Hwan's altar for safe childbirth and repelling all malevolent forces.

Umbilical cord around the neck: Recently, a devotee mentioned to a consultant during a meeting that his wife had an ultrasound during her prenatal checkup, and the doctor discovered the baby had its umbilical cord wrapped around its neck. If it continued to be wrapped and didn't detach, they would have to perform an emergency C-section on the premature baby.
